Delivery

Items in stock will be dispatched within 3 working days. Items made to order, such as sized rings, normally take 3-4 weeks, including hallmarking, and are noted in the Shop item details.

Delivery within the UK is via Royal Mail 2nd Class. Faster delivery is available with Special Delivery, with additional charge at checkout

Returns Policy

All items not made-to-order may be returned within 30 days for full refund or exchange (at your choice), undamaged and in original packaging. Return postal charges are at your expense. Refunds and exchange will be processed within 3 working days of the item being received back.

Of course, any item received damaged or with a manufacturing defect may be returned. In case of made-to-order items, this is for replacement only, not refund.
