Azul Earrings

Earrings inspired by the cooling flow of water in a Spanish fountain. This two-part design is a print onto aluminium drop earrings.  The underlying brushed aluminium gives the feel of sunlight glinting through the water, as it catches the light. The upper stud is a sterling silver bezel, attaching through the ear with post-and-butterfly setting.
Very lightweight at just 2 grams, despite their statement size (3cm drop),they are so comfortable to wear. The colour is sealed inside the surface by anodising. The item comes beautifully packaged, ready for gifting. I craft all pieces by hand in my studio, being classically trained at Birmingham School of Jewellery.
